NC Advertising Acceptance Guidelines:
1.   Network ads run one time in each of the participating papers during the selected week of publication based on a Monday-Sunday run schedule.     2. Participating network newspapers determine run date and ad placement of network ads.     3.   A Proof of Publication Certificate with two sample tearsheets will be sent upon completion of schedule. The certificate verifies publication in 90% of the total circulation.     4.     Recruitment advertising is not placed on the 2 x 2 Network. In order to better reach the advertiser's targeted audience, the NC Statewide Classified Network provides an excellent vehicle for recruitment ads.     5.   Individual network newspapers reserve the right to properly classify, edit, or reject all advertising in compliance with local regulations and policies.     6.     Advertisement will be rejected if it appears to be false, misleading, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, illegal, in poor taste, in objectionable format, or for other good cause. Please call NCPS for specific restrictions.     7. Copy changes and cancellations are not permitted after the deadline has passed.
