Available now, a new and improved version of the pocket-sized North Carolina Open Meetings and Public Records Law. This new edition replaces the old "pink and blue" pamphlet in a convenient booklet format.
Each NCPA member newspaper is entitled to a set number of free copies with the option of purchasing more.
Sure, you could carry around copies of the bound N.C. General Statutes book, but this is much easier.. Order several for your staff and/or hand them out to the government officials you deal with.
